obinnane:Try and check your email to see if you have received an e-receipt and confirmation of payment from cic. If it's so then that means you've paid for the application so no need to worry. |

The transcript fee is not part of admission fee. Transcripts assessment fee is paid if you want to get transfer credits for some courses you have done before in nigeria. And yes it is $150. But it does not affect admission. It is choice. abdulkabirtobi: |

Hello house, please is it okay to reapply a week after a been refused study permit?. The reason for denial is insufficient funds only. Want to get my sponsor to transfer the funds to my account. I have 2m my sponsor will transfer about 3m+ on Tuesday. Can I go ahead and apply on Thursday or Friday? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by Ethan45(m): 7:37pm On May 28, 2016 |
Newman1010: Exercise a little patience, its quite too early for that kind of amount to be transfered in such short notice a week after refusal leta. Its called money lodging. Why dnt u wait for abt 2 weeks or more b4 u reapply,nd pay d mony bit by bit into d accnt. Are u goin for masters? |

Hello house, I do ask a questions but unfortunately few ppl do respond to my problem. Again tonight, pls I want an advice for this problem which is urgent. I have applied for visiting visa before and it was delayed last month due to travel history and purpose of visit. Fortunately enough now, I got admitted to a college for Postgraduate certificate. So pls hope my delayed visiting visa won't affect this new study permit application that am about to submit? Secondly, Is it compulsory to include my personal statement of accout apart from my sponsorship account because I don't have much there? Pls Gurus in the house I need your urgent help Cc just wise Thesoj HayqinsbFX Bfire Kife |

rallymento: Hahahaha! Why now? I'm not a mean person and I don't mean any harm to anyone o. Glad yours was successful. Oh! I now remember the clause in their correspondence. The school insisted that May 2016 and September 2016 are two different sessions therefore admission can't be deferred while September 2016& January/February 2017 in your own case is still within the same academic session. |

Arcayo: Thanks all, I COMPLAINED about waiting for over three hours to pay online on CIC, so it didn't work and so i went to sleep, came back later at night and it worked in no time, not sure what really happened, but am glad I have finished this process, off to a cic centre for biometrics. Thanks so much and I wish you all the best. 3 Likes |

please what do they mean rejected because of "purpose of visit" |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by penitential(m): 7:00am On May 29, 2016 |
It means your TRV was rejected because the V.O wasn't sure of the reason why you want to go to Canada. boss123: 1 Like |

SegunWamiri:Ok ooo. The school I applied to starts their acdemic year in Fall and ends it in summer. So you can defer once in an academic calender depending if your course is open. Yeah! It was so mean to tell me I stand to be rejected. Hala Madrid! 2 Likes |

Hello friends. I'm 22years old. got admitted to SAIT for 2year college diploma. no post secondary education yet. I applied for trv last 2weeks, my fear is dat I didn't include my (Maternal Uncle) sponsor's CAC documents coz his a business man. but, I added my mum's(retired civil servant)retirement, pension & gratuity documents coz shez my Co sponsor.. Just Wana know if there's a chance of getting trv without cac documents. I'm the last child out of six, and mum stated that others are graduates and works in different establishments. so, obviously & truly, I'm d only dependant. Lost dad 3years ago. |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by livingseed: 3:26pm On May 29, 2016 |
opsyF: Hi opsyF, You might still need more clarity on it. But here is my small guess on what to fill under room and board, other and funds available for your stay. Let's assume you pay $500 per month for room and you got $2000 per month for board. Then room (shelter) = 500x 2years = 12,000. Board ( eats, fares, keeps) = 2000 x 2years = 48000. Hence Room and Board = $60,000. The extra $10k should fall under Other. Overall, funds available for your stay = 33k(Tuition) + 60k(Room and Board) + 10k(Other) = $103k. Hope this helps a little. |

Good day house, Happy Sunday to you all! Pls i have some enquiries to make. Fitstly, i currently hold an admission letter to study diploma in Physical Therapist at Norquest college, Edmonton, Alberta, but my uncle in Canada adviced that i should not use the offer letter to apply for TRV because the program is not related to my course of study (Bsc biochemistry) and aso because its a diploma course. So, i am applying for a TRV with admission letter to study Masters in Biochemistry at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Labrador. (Not paying tuition though) After getting the TRV & moving to Canada, is it possible i change schools & province since i already have an offer to study diploma in Physical Therapist at Norquest college, Alberta? Secondly, i am planning on taking with me my 10months old baby girl. How possible is that considering the fact that i will be staying with my brother-in-law and family & there is enough money in my husband's bank account to prove that He can afford to pay my tuition and living expenses for a year & also our baby's childcare & other expenses(even though our baby will be staying with my brother-in-law's kids & wife while i am in school) Has anyone achieved this in the house & how will i go about it? Pls advice. Thanks for your prompt & favorable response |
