There's nothing like Track Rod Ends, the correct name is Tie Rod Ends.
What's Bump Stop? suspension is suspension either it's automatic or manual, and no mechanic will call it Cushion no matter local he might be.

Main Bearing (Crankshaft) - "Engine Metal". Main Bearing cannot be referred to Engine Metal. It's usually called Metal and Main Bearing because they are different components.

Local mechanic will not call Glove Box - "Pigeon Hole". It's called safe

The other word is "Silencer" not Salancer. From its name, its present in the exahust to reduce the noise emitted.
