your correct but flogging should be the last option and if you must, then it should be corrective and not inflicting undue pain and injuries.

I cannot separate pain from flogging, but that of injuries is uncalled for,and way too extreme and should be discouraged, I was flogged as a child, it did reset my brain, not injured, infact i cam count how many times I was beaten by my mum because of the fear of the cane I wasn't naughty, even with my aunt's eyes,I don maintain

The lady at the top right corner is that kids teacher , she flogged her mercilessly just because the 4 year old girl did the class work wrongly , the teachers name is Mrs eno , the proprietress name Mrs lagunoke and the school is Lydia spring private school. did you read the article ? the kid is only 4 years, there is no justification for beating her, she can be corrected without being beaten.

I don't Condone this kind of beating, but if you have never taught in one of these kinds of schools don't blame a teacher for beating a child even if just a little. Some of these children at that age are so stubborn I can't even explain it in words.

sister, there are so many ways you can discipline a child that are more effective than beating, even the kid in question is just a 4 years old girl. you are pretty though with nice lips, I wish I was single.

Bia oh did I say she shld treat d girl like a criminal. I am sure u don't teach. Some parents will tell u to leave d child. Wen d term end dey wld come and shout and call u all sort of name because deir child failed. Forgetting the caused it from d beginning. When a child know his or her mother support deir actions dey misbehave. D ones deir mum come to shout I don't bother trying to do anything after all its deir child not mine. When handling kids, I believe a carrot and stick approach should be use...although the stick in this case shouldn't be a cane. See, we were given light punishment while growing up. It didn't kill us. But a cane might end up scarring a child.
