I had d same issue with my fone... D most annoying part was that, mine was always downloading erotic/porn materials... I tried factory reset, used all sorts of Anti-virus, Cache cleaners, security apps and even etc--- all to no avail. Then i flashed it and Tushey! It was resolved!

Try installing a custom rom, if problem persists then it's obviously a hard ware problem

there is a particular mailware app you installed.....e.g apps installed from the mobogenie market also blackmarket app ..... some apps installed from the internet can force install this malware apps as system apps causing them to reinstall after formating .........
to reslove try this method
1. know the name of the apps
2. install ex file explorer (or any root explorer ) you'll need to root your phone
3. get root permission....
4. go to root explorer .......

Hello!!....good morning y'all
I have suffered from the hand of my y3
The phone just keep crashing,..."unfortunately google play has stopped","unfortunately music has stopped" keeps popping up until all my running apps stop and wunt be able to do anything on the phone again..
I did a factory reset,all to no avail,gave it to engineer for flashing,yet it wunt stop crashing after series of flashing...
I'm thinking of returning the phone to tecno office for repair but I've once change the phones screen which means the tecno logo in the screw have been tampered with,though the reciept still with me....
Or what do u guys suggest I do??...
