The previous Governors of most of the states in the Niger-delta region have been the most fantastically corrupt in the history of Nigeria. The Niger-delta even produced a President that presided over the sharing of our collective yams.

So what!!! Who are they trying to blame for there failed region..they also have governors, senators etc...they should blame there governors not the FG...other states that a developing is done by the state government not the FG.
