how do you get evidence for such on aliexpress?

I have had such issues like 2-3 times before with gtb card. They ask for evidence. Earlier i mailed aliexpress and they reply mail after their investigation saying they didn't receive the payment, with that mail i forward it to my bank and the mail serves as evidence and that's what I've done. That's the solution but i also employed another method which is whenever am making any payment am always ready to take a snapshot of any failure message or transaction details, that's the best evidence i think i used for the later issues.

I think you've just been scammed.... You have to deal with trusted sellers and long standing and popular members next deal you want to commit u hard earned money on Nairaland

but some monikers wrote that the guy is genuine and they recommended him. The truth is NEVER TRUST ANYONE HERE,I warned about hacked PayPal funds then ,many ppl took me for a clanging bell until they got burnt.
Never follow the recommendations of anyone rather follow your mind which was and is most often always right.
Lets hope things turn out good anyway

No 1) Chat the aliexpress customer care via their app or with PC

No 2) Mine just took 24 hours. I called GTB CC and I mailed cardservices@gtbank.com .

No 3) I went to the bank I was directed to call the GTB customer care via their phone in the banking hall...good news is it is free if you use their phone.
