Just get cotton wool and olive oil. Before you take your bath, pour some olive oil in the cotton wool and use it to clean your tips. Not just the n*pples, the entire dark area surrounding it.
As for your b*east, use both hands to press it from the root towards the tips. You'll notice colostrum coming out. Clean it away and press again up to 5 times. I do this weekly

Mama, your blood is haute o. Just an hr or so that you didn't get response, ure already sobbing. Relax ehn, your question will definitely be answered if ure patient enough or you tag some regular mamas here so they don't skip it out of oversight.

From the little i know, lying on your left side gives baby enough oxygen and blood flows better. So sometimes the thing dey shack them and they get excited. When that happens, you can try sitting upright for some minutes then try lying down again when theyve calmed down.
It could also be that the baby isn't comfortable. Try propping up your belly with a soft pillow. That is what also works for mine
