1. No you don't need the UK police clearance, since your country of residence at the moment is Nigeria
2. You can submit anywhere, so long as it's in Nigeria.
But to chip in a few words, hope your SOP explains why you are doing a PGD after an M.SC, because right now that's the big red flag in your app.

ohh the questionnaire form, it was the only document I could not edit with adobe acrobat. I m surprised the application allowed you to type into the given fields. Still don't know what to do about the IMM5832E form. Might just print it out and fill with black ink

Convert that file to word. And hand fill

Sorry for the delay.
You don't need a new admission letter so long as you are applying for visa for the current admission session, I.e you didn't defer your program (e.g if you are going for fall and have an admission letter for fall, you won't need a new admission letter, but if you are going for winter, you will need a new one)

PLEASE what you are doing is totally out of the context.this will be thrown back at ur in VFS office..in that checklist form/visa office instructions form/IMM5832E,print page 1-5 and tick ✅ with PEN of what u v submitted and print also the last 2 pages of that form page 17&18 which is the main STUDY PERMIT QUESTIONAIRE and fill it in ink..if the spaces aint enough for what you wanna write, you can now use ur msword and type them,quoting the answer numbers and print, attaching it to the next page and staple.

On the refusal letter,it said dat dey don't think I can survive on my own without working in canada,d bank statement I used is having 19million..thou it's a company account

I think this is confusing, was about commenting before this guy did, its stated clearly on cic website for study permit application that police clearance is needed if you av stayed somewhere more than 6months, although i know pple have gotten trv witout attaching it to their application but that doesn't mean one should disregard it or its not a stated requirement, my opinion tho

If you're applying for citizenship or permanent residence you MUST submit police report. If you're applying for TRV or study permit, the VO "MAY" ask for a police certificate.
Hence police report is NOT required for a study permit application unless the VO specifically asks for it.

it is not impodssible to type on he PDF form directly. It is an editable version. Download the latest version of Adobe and don't use mozilla to acceaa the forms use internet Explorer and you will be able to type on it.

Visitor visas and study permits are two different classes of visas. You got delayed for visit, now u apply to study no crime....in so far as u didn't lie in the first app, no harm.

It does you no hard to add ur SOA, does it??
