raumdeuter: I sincerely can never be shocked by your opinions on issues, lai lai...! At the bolded above, are good points not to be backed with hard facts and not distant good examples? Or since when examples, and not facts, makes a point good? Wetin come be this sudden solidarity wey you and Nihilist wan they show for this matter? Your boy literally threw an open invite and got reasonable number of peeps that agreed to the invite. So this pity party is actually not necessary. If you think I am lying kindly go back to check last nights post here. I personally got insulted, called all sorts of names but chose not to respond. Yet, your man went further to throw shades at my family while he labeled me a coward. Please you and Nihilist can go check to confirm. So it is no ones fault some of the people he invited, decided to honour the invite. As you and Nihilist rightly observed, he never gives up. So make una free the matter and allow the show to kontinu. |

Kagawa10: Your have a point but the presentation is faulty. Herrera was scouted heavily under Moyes and a deal was almost signed until the fiasco that happened towards the end of the transfer window. Herrera was not identified by LVG but LVG gave the green light on the deal before it was finalised by Ed Woodward. He said so in one of first set of press conferences. Shaw's transfer is also in a similar boat. Since LVG gave the green light on the deal, it means that Herrera was his signing. You don't have to trade insults or turn to a shape shifter. 2 Likes |

diggz:I didn't show solidarity with anybody. I only pointed out that some people were using the opportunity to bash for the sake of bashing...without contributing even a single nugget if information here. Clashes are a necessary part of the interaction here...but let it not overshadow why we all login into this board. .to discuss football. To me, that guy has not made a single valid point, but he has made his points, and I think it's the fact the he is able to articulate and stand byou his points, wrong or not, that Dayo and I appreciate. The herd nentality on in the sports section sometimes can be so annoying |

Nihilist: Exactly. You dey reason well, As much as people like to make fun of spy360, I like him, he has his own unique opinions and he is willing to defend it Some people never bring any new perspective to issues, its just to tag along with the popular opinion Coogar says Rooney is bad, so everytime Rooney is bad, Ibime says Oscar, Mikel is bad so consensus is they are bad, Someone says LvG is bad so the consensus is that he is bad. 1 Like |

Kagawa10:Dude, Bayern and United are not run the same way; in United, the coach recommends players and Woodhead gets them just like in Arsenal. Utd doesn't impose players on coaches. The club were working on getting a list of players recommended by Moyes before he was sacked. When LvG signed, he was shown the list, he approved of Shaw and Herrera and cancelled others. So we shouldn't believe Herrera but you, a sports magazine reader? You're indeed ridiculous! Your argument of LvG not using Herrera at the beginning of the season is baseless since he started the season with Shaw, unless you want to tell me he signed Shaw but not Herrera. A sensible person should know when to quit! As for the questions you posted, maybe you should tell us what was said if you were there. |

raumdeuter:what is bad in seeing issues from d same perspective? any statement is bound to ne accepted or rejected. when accepted it means ppl actually see it from d same perspective. if not then u r on it own. dat u don't have ppl supporting ur idiosyncrasies doesn't mean they can't support a good point when they see one... 3 Likes |

lekkie073: The question is Why do you see it from the same perspective? Is there any thought process involved? Multiple road leads to a destination but the route is what makes you different not just a follow-follow or ekwe-sample as my man elamps call them |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by diggz: 10:37pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
lekkie073: To further buttress your point, sometime last month some fans actually agreed to a valid point made by the fellow in question. And now, some of those who agreed with him then are still the same peeps disagreeing this time around. This shouldn't be made to look like the world hates him. |

“Mourinho one of the best managers in the world,” Rooney said. “[He] knows the Premier League well. “For myself and all the other players at Manchester United, it is exciting times.” |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by diggz: 10:54pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
raumdeuter: Dayo you are well known for having way different opinions from most peeps here and there's actually nothing wrong with it. So also the fellow in question. However, there is a sharp difference BTW you both. You don't make your points and choose to fight everyone single person who doesn't agree with you. Which is not the same for your guy. I have seen elamps go back and forth with people on this forum. I see him bring up facts after facts to support is points. Same could be said of you, even with your plenty twisting and turning. Same for coogar who brought up stats to support his claim on bebe and co. as world class talents.same for Ibime on iniesta claim, same of nihilist on emenalo, same on nateevs on fernandud,e.t.c What I am yet to see here is, pushing personal opinions with distant examples not facts, and then go ahead to not only insult, but fight with every soul who sees your opinion differently. As for me, I don gba ka mu regarding him and that informed my decision not to respond to him last night because, it was obvious we wouldnt give in to one and another. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by raumdeuter: 10:56pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
lekkie073: That is an example. Why should I agree that Muller is a fine footballer? Are you talking about his looks or his footballing abilities? If football abilities, what makes him a fine footballer? At least you saw something in him before making that statement |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by lekkie073(m): 11:00pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
raumdeuter:even if u don't agree, a thousand other footballing authorities agree to dat whether or not I tell dem what I see in him..... what I see, all others see. so no time to waste on what is easily observable.... I may be forced to back up a claim dat Ike shorunmu is a good goal keeper because not a lot of ppl view his performances....but I wont do such for buffon because virtually everybody can attest to his performances |

CHEEKY ZLATAN ? "I want to still write a lot of stories, I get excited when I see them because I want to see who is making up the best story. When I'm tired of it, I'll let you know where I will go." "I'm still not interested in the Allsvenskan [Swedish league]. I'm too good for the Allsvenskan! " www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10300931/zlatan-ibrahimovic-happy-for-speculation-to-continue I actually think this guy will end up at united! He has always chosen to play for the top sides in any league he finds himself in and you don't get more "TOP than man united" in england! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by raumdeuter: 11:01pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
diggz: The mainissue most people have with him is that he supports LvG. He thinks LvG is the best coach for Man Utd at that time. Is that the craziest opinion ever? No. I belong to several bayern forum where many thought LVG was taking us in the right direction (despite taking us out of CL spots)and they were tagged the Gaalians. There are people who believe Pep is the best thing that happened to bayern in the last 3yrs and some believe opposite. No one is right or wrong until they put their argument forward There are some people who thought Mourinho was taking Chelsea in the right direction as they were moving from 1st to 4th to 8th to 16th and shouldnt have been fired |

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by codedguy1(m): 11:03pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
Nihilist: I suspect I was the first person to have an argument with Kagawa10 about how much LvG spent whether it was 250 or not. I have read every dot on this board but decided to stay off. The truth is the guy annoyingly assumes alot and to ASSUME is to make an ASS of U and ME. He has done it severally and its really annoying to some peeps on here. He assumed that new2020 is the same as joace2020 because there is 2020 in both monikers. He assumed that my moniker is the same as coded01, even when I called him out he went rogue until he realised his folly and apologised. He kept on seeing Rooney on the pitch after being subbed, There are other instances and peeps on here are kinda fed up. I hope he comes good though. Now if you also believe he has not made any valid points and still insists on arguing with his invalid points it becomes really annoying and some people really don't want to suffer ffools. 1 Like |

raumdeuter: Totally nothing wrong with everything you mentioned ,but how many of those used personal opinions and not facts? How many of them resulted into insulting and fighting with every soul who disagrees with their opinion? When elamps went toe to toe literally with almost every single man united fan on nl, how many people did he invite into a fighting match after they disagreed and berated him for is opinion? How many people did ibime fight with over iniesta asides submitting facts after facts to support is view? How many people did Nihilist insult to drive home is point on emenalo? Or did nateevs ever throw an insult your way over fernandud aka shekpe keeper? My point still remains that, your guy abandoned is soccer opinions, which he was struggling or trying to defend, and descended into fighting with everyone as a priority. |

Now that the dust have settled, let's get to more important things like who the club should recruit in the transfer window. I think we need at least a striker, 2 wingers or attacking midfielders, and a centreback. Higuain Payet Mahrez And a centreback In other news, be like citeh go soon announce the signing of Gundogan |

SIRcumalot:What he thinks of himself is his business bro. I'm only concerned about what his fans think about him. I still read an article not more than a week ago claiming he is the best tactician alive. I like Pep, but I hate the fact that Jose's achievements are undermined by haters who think he's done nothing asides Spending his way to victory. This guy won the La Liga against the best team in decades after just a year. Won the UCL for Porto about two decades of drought. Won the UCL for Inter after over two decades of drought and near irrelevance in Europe. Pep is just getting his biggest test, and I'm interested in his progress. --------------- No! I wouldn't be happier with a coach that made Bayern lose 5-0 to Madrid a year after they walloped Barca 7-0. 1 Like |
