Back to the matter, my lady here has done nothing wrong, when I handled over some lovely may mamas to her, told her that I will collect anyone that comes with a late announcement of delivery in may. That is to say, she had to remove the name from her list. That was what transpired, n July mama com put mouth for the talk. So pls she is not guilty of the crime.

Just get cotton wool and olive oil. Before you take your bath, pour some olive oil in the cotton wool and use it to clean your tips. Not just the n*pples, the entire dark area surrounding it.
As for your b*east, use both hands to press it from the root towards the tips. You'll notice colostrum coming out. Clean it away and press again up to 5 times. I do this weekly

iomoge2, those online stores are cutthroats o, don't even try them. That wardrobe is even between 31-34k in dosumu market, not up to 40k.

For mamas interested in using mallforafrica, note that some other charges will still join the $2 shipping here and there, it is not as simple as ship an item for only $2. Overall, their shipping is still cheap sha. And if you dont mind waiting, i'm sure they will soon announce promo shipping to take advantage of 4th of july (independence day) sales.

I'm not draining my breast of the colostrum dear. I'm only expressing it. When i do that and little secretion comes out i wipe it away. It helps keep the ducts of the breast open. That is why i do it weekly and not daily. It's been tried and tested by others

There is actually no need for the weekly pressing and cleaning. All you need is to clean it with cotton wool and olive oil from time to time. But at the same time, colostrum is not wasting sha, your body does not progress to actual milk production until the placenta detaches from the uterus. So even if it's coming out now, it will continue to replenish itself.

Went to read up on it cos I'm leaking colostrum already and wanted to be sure it won't run out before baby comes.

In other news, was so happy yersterday. Went baby shopping with hubby yersterday. So far at least, we have bought 65% of the things on our list. ...35% to go. Praying to God to supply just what we need by this June ending so I can use July for washing and packing. One or two disappointments here and there sha. ..NHIS that was supposed to take care of delivery bills to some extent said they could not find DH form to process on time, so he had to fill another one . That will take another 3months -4months before it will be ready. Now we have to include hospital bills in our budget. I did a lil business last year and was expecting some interest but from all indications, nothing for me again. Once I can even recover my capital, no wahala. Our Rent is expiring next month too. We would have realky loved to move to a bigger apartment but dont know how feasible that will be again with most landlords insisting on 2years rent. All in all, am grateful to God. Am grateful for the privilege of carrying a pregnancy. ...I did nothing to deserve it so I REMAIN NOTHING BUT THANKFUL. ...
