Can I withdraw from ATM with this condition? If yes how much will they charge per transaction?

why not click the link to know the possible reason for the restrictions and you can also chat them for easy resolution to the problem. For ATM withdrawal I think the CBN new flexible policy might affect the rate.

I clicked it but the content is general. The only condition I can see my account is lacking is uploading an I.D which someone said its not compulsory.
