That he's going to give me $120 for 8 songs to mix.
I was like, why can't he release #5 and if my work is terrible, there is going to be a refund?

Bros... Photoshop will be cumbersome if he's not into graphics... He doesn't need it.

He @abcruz shld simply resize it on "paint" which comes with most desktop and laptop computers...

However, photoshop has no option of exporting images in SVG format...

You as a seller are only allowed to send offers in response to requests that have been posted by buyers...

My bad,it's Illustrator I meant. If you don't have that you get online & use a converter live. Hope that helps...

But sometimes, when one checks buyer requests, you tend to find seller requests there as well. How do I relate that?

The categories you posted your gigs will determine the kind of requests you get or see on your BUYERS REQUEST.
Yes, I do see advertisers posting their requests on that section too.
I believe you can be a Seller and Buyer same time.
