Now, to answer my second "HELL NO", You said buyer can cancel order without you consent, why wasn't he be able to cancel it without you accepting in your situation?

Finally to answer your question, please read well, In your own situation, the buyer order the gig, he is cancelling, but you were declining, right? the order enter late.... This won't give you automatic rating.....

This is the situation that will give you automatic rating, your buyer order, you ain't around, he initiated cancellation, since you are not available to mutually accept the cancellation (because you are not online or so), After two days, order will be automatically cancelled.... and since you failed to deliver and you were not able to mutually cancel, this will give you automatic 1 star rating saying "order cancelled, seller failed to deliver".....Now I have explained like a kindergarten student, it's left to you to grab.....

I referred to 2 cases.
1. A buyer that canceled an order without my consent cos the order was late... And I didn't get any rating or review for the cancelation which means the buyer didn't care to rate me and Fiverr didn't auto rate me.

2. The second buyer who requested cancellation which I accepted... He slammed me a 2star... On subsequent cases related to this, I didn't accept buyers cancellation request but I rather initated the cancelation myself... Buyer didn't rate me...

Go back and read but this time, read slowly like you are the student in that kindergarten you mentioned...

The attached was from 2013... Note where the buyer said the order was very late till 2weeks and she didn't cancel order and wait patiently for the buyer and Fiverr did the cancel it either....
When she finally tried to cancel it, buyer didn't respond, and that's what brings abt auto cancellation...

Now this is the only cause of auto cancellation and not that fiverr will auto cancel a gig without the buyers request to do so. Thus when this happens, Fiverr can rate the seller

As for the negative feedback, what did you expect when the seller didn't respond to a mutual cancelation by buyer and the order auto canceled after 2 days of request?

I told u this same thing happened on a new account of mine abt 2 weeks ago... Buyer canceled the order even though I told him I will deliver soon. The order was late and I'm yet to deliver... He was getting impatient and decided to cancel it... He cld cancel on his own without my Consent because I have never delivered on the order and it was already late.

Why didn't I see a rating on my account? No rating and my rating remains 100% cos the buyer was a first timer and didnt care about rating me... He just wanted his job done and he wasn't patient.. He took his money and went away....

If we are to go by your own claims, I shld also have an automatic 1 star rating from CS right now on that acct...

I have experienced this twice in the past week when I fell sick. There won't be any mutual cancelation in this case and you still get just one star rating.
