Williamso:It's for accomodation app, I've admission for MSc Materials Science and eng. The confusion was on distance from campus cos I saw 2km, 1km...and living on campus. I'm looking at Studentendorf, Prof Anshütz Haus etc from the Studentenwerk site since I guess accomodation from studentenwerk is better. Better to go for furnished room or to furnish by oneself? |

chrisley024:Ach so. Ein Hoch darauf. cos you saw "2km, 1km..." you're complaining? I live 14 km from my school (about 7 or 8 km if I take the ferry) and I'm cool with it ! Well, you can apply to those places; and as was advised, the earlier the better. Accommodation could be problematic if not sorted before getting here. Ich hoffe dass du ein bisschen Deutschkenntnisse hast, oder du Deutschlernen willst bevor du hier kommst |

Good morning nairalanders. I've got this pressing issues I need your advice on. In my e passport they made mistake n fill 1991 as my date of birth and right now I'm claiming the 1991 and that I left primary school 1998 finishing secondary school 2004 which amounts to 7 years of primary + 6 years of secondary = 13 years. people saw thus and objected that I will be queried in the embassy for the years that its impossible to have gotten the primary 6 cert at age 7. but I intend explaining that I had double promotion in my primary school. Pls house what's the implication of this? thanks all for your expected contributions. |

Williamso:Hmmm. The tfare is covered under the semester ticket or from your pocket? The minimum rent I see is around 170-190 Euro per room . How do you see the cost? I'm already learning the language. Danke |

oboh24:Are you sure the mistake was a MISTAKE? And as for a 12 year old sitting SSCE, well that's rare but not impossible. Overall, I don't really see any issue here. Just about 2-3years younger... you should be ok.#Hoffentlich |

Hello house, I made a visit to the FedEx and UPS office in my area and to my surprise the FedEx officers were lost as to what i meant by 'prepaid courier envelope'. When i explained that i intend using it at the german consulate they said I have to bring a yellow card or something (exact words)then they will send it for me to the consulate (that didnt make any sense to me) UPS on the other hand understood my language and said it would cost me N850...I guess I will go with UPS. My question: is the FedEx prepaid envelope limited to just the one at the consulate complex? Not that I am interested in using them at the moment just curious. |
