Gud pm Mr jideSM it had been over 96hrs since MTN deducted my #1218 I have grown desperate enough to post it here after calling the customer care uncountable times with all of them giving vain assurances that my money will be refunded.
I tried using share and sell to transfer money frm 08138366753 to 08101829705 on May 27th but the response was transaction failed but my was deducted and since then have been calling the customer care with all of them telling the same story that they will forward it to the technical department but up till now my money has not been refunded...
Pls mtn return my money

out of 10 attempts I made on ten different night,to subscribe for mtn 500mb for #25, I was only connected to browse for just 4 times. the rest they would deduct my money but refused me chance to browse.

Simply subscribe after 12am so as to browse. So sorry for the inconveniences.

I have done sim swap but the problem still persist. the SMSC NO IS +234803000000 my sim number is 08167816707. l have called mtn customer care line severally and have carried out all directives. please help me find out if my line is embargoed or something.

Thanks for the help you render here.
I was formerly on the (102) Night/Day plan of 4.5Gb

On the 10th May I switched over to the 3.5Gb plan as the former one was cancelled by MTN

I have used it up till May 30/31 when I discovered I could no longer browse.

Have gone to two of your MTN centres since then and I have not met anyone with the capacity to solve the problem. Perhaps you can do so.

I have 7.8 GB expiring on June 9.

Pls help me. I will PM my no.

Yello, apologies for the inconvenience, you can migrate to MTN Pulse to enjoy the 1GB fot N500 which is valid for 7 days you can migrate by sending 406 to 131.

The mtn 25naira all night plan isn't working for me. I tried using it on my moderm and pc. Coundnt browse all night.


Please I'd also like to know the code for the mtn 500 for 1g and I'd like to know if it till works. I really have lots of stuff to do. By the way I use mtn on my blackberry and the service is cool. So its not the service in my house that's bad.

I joined mtn pulse and subscribed for the 25 naira all night.I could not browse last night. I called customer care, whatsapp and facebook, all to no avail. I don't understand. I thought i was the only one till i saw another complaint on nairaland.

Can't i get my money back? because i feel cheated!

You are indirectly saying the N25 night bundle has been stopped ... Isokai...

But its criminal for mtn to deduct money for services it knows it will not provide ... The reason why are so blatant with such frauds is because they know nobody will sue them...

If you've done SIM swap, I assume you were given the new MTN token enabled SIM.
First, call, explain and instruct a call agent to refresh your line. Immediately after the call, send a message.
If it fails, insert the SIM to another phone and resend.
If it fails, use this Centre Number: +2348030000420 (NB: This is a digit more than the above CN.) For this Centre Number to work, you have to call an agent to refresh your line again.
If it persists, kindly visit the nearest MTN Support Centre.

I'm annoyed at myself for switching to the pulse thing now and I'm afraid of subscribing for the nightplan thing.

Please, why am I not able to browse? I still have more than 700mb on my line but each time I try to connect to d internet, it brings an mtn page saying I dont have data... I have called customer care severally on this issue, still no solution. And my data is to expire on the 12th of this month.
Am I going to lose over 700mb just like that?
