Oh my people... Una good morning oh... How's everyone doing?
Make ona no vex say ona no see Me since yesterday... Na church and family outing cause am. Then my DH who is a cheerful giver, decided to bless me with some catarrh... I couldn't sleep well at night, my head feels like it's going to break...

By the way, the contractions are now kinda irregular, so everyone is suspecting Braxton hicks, but I get them a lot during the day, sometimes I even lose count. The pelvic pain is now out of this world, and my legs are now very heavy, I can hardly move myself...

I have to give this baby an eviction notice... Have I not tried...? Ahnahn The pain and discomfort is now too much...

Breathing technique was not as easy as google made it look especially when the pain is at its climax. I was able to manage it because I understood my contraction timing.
When contraction comes.. DO NOT TRY THE BREATHING TECHNIQUE , I would hold on to the bed or grab my pillow tightly, when it STOPS(when it stops, you would feel the relief, whether short timed or long timed, quickly, I'd slowly inhale through my nose and exhale through the mouth, allowing all the air to flow out like a cigarette smoke. That way, I would have the energy for the next minutes contraction..

Don't over breath like you're gasping, take it slow..

I used the breathing technique so much that even after delivery, i could feel I was still using it

My ex-boss just told me she's buying my baby a bath tub set that has shower and worth 15k. When i was already thinking of buying the cheap one of 2500 due to lack of funds. It might be nothing to her o but its a lot to me. I'm so excited that expense is off my neck. It pays to have faith in God. I just can't contain my excitement. Chai!
