Your thread gave room to such; by asking such question , you yourself questioned their credibility . A question I might ask, the fact you asked a silly question, does it make people of your tribe all ask silly questions. See how it sounds now ? Individualism is the key word yeah there are bad yourba wives and good yourba wives just like every other tribe. Don't get carried away by stereotypes and yourba movies.

What annoys me is despite the amount of education and qualification one has, you will see them open their mouth and ask questions that eludes logical reasoning

I have met many yoruba gals in my life especially in d last two years(because Ive been in yoruba land n I can confidently say dis about them: they can be respectful, LOYAL and kind hearted in MANY cases. On d down side sexually poor, bad cooks and propensity to be dirty. Note these aren't general conclusions.

If you ask me if 'Yoruba girls' make good wives, I wouldn't know what to say. Meanwhile, if you ask me if a certain 'Tobi' would make a good wife, I'd look at her as 'Tobi' and then say one or two things.

Brother, you are not getting married to 'Yoruba girls', you're getting married to 'Tobi'. So make your assessment of her as being 'Tobi', and not as being a 'Yoruba girl'. And make no mistakes about this: whether 'Yoruba girls', 'Igbo girls', 'Hausa girls', etc, they all make 'good' or 'bad' wives (which is mostly depend on individualism), just try and make sure you be a good husband yourself.
