The High Sparrow is just another hypocritical zealot. I reckon he'll get his comeuppance pretty soon. |

Gbola5: Lol. You are not making any sense. You are okay with assuming the Dornish are andals without any proof yet you are calling him out for assuming that they are Rhoynar without proof? 1 Like 1 Share |

gj22: Try to understand, before you conclude nothing makes sense. He stated the First Men and Andal and Rhoynar origin, and i stated there was no way to make such statement show wise as the show never covered it, it would have had to be from the source, but since he always dismissed the source, how come he answered it, correctly. |

Akanniade: I don't think I did...and I suspect that you are the one missing my point. Your point was that the High Sparrow is secretly using the faith as a vehicle for his ambition.I don't know if you are very conversant with Nigerian politics, but the high sparrow's rise to power is very similar to Jonas' Both were initially granted power by their patrons. Both then consildated this power on a platform of populist rhetoric of transformation, intended to resonate heavily with a disenfranchised population far disconnected from the ruling class. Eventually Jonathan's message of transformation and hope would be discovered to be false...and while a similar exposure of the High Sparrow's message has yet to happen on the show, you(and many others) already believe his message to be false as well. Anyway, my point has been thus: Even taking in to consideration the idea thar the high sparrow is a charlatan, and merely using religion as a cloak for his real goal of political power, why do we not still suport him...especially as he represents the common man? It's not like the other candidates are particularly pursuing altruistic agendas in their quest for the throne. Rob Stark and the Baratheons were ready to kill and would ultimately die for a stolen mandate. Danaerys is currently destroying several cities in succession as she pursues her nakedd ambition to her grandfather's old chair. So why shouldnt the high sparrow use (false)religious fervor to his favour much in the same way the other contestants use their bloodlines and ancient sworn oaths? 4 Likes |

I just dont want game of thrones season 6 to end soon, I wish its episode will reach 22 like others I know of. I'm getting depressed already. My top notch TV series are just ending anyhow. From Empire, teen wolf, salem,to Grimm, now Got will end soon. So sad. |

Ranchhoddas: Different strokes for diff. Folks I guess. I don't expect Hardhome every episode and I'm a dialogue person. That's why I loved the Lyanna mormont scene. Epic dialogue scenes are getting less and less on the show such as Tyrions trial speech. 1 Like |

Funny observation from the latest episode, so the hound was chopping wood far away when he could take the log and chop it in the zone where those peasants stayed. |

What if Jaqen H'ghar took Arya Stark's form, just to catch the Waif in her brutal murder attempt after asking her not to let Arya suffer? Jaqen seems to be really invested in Arya. What if Jaqen H’ghar is actually her former teacher, Syrio Forel? 4 Likes 1 Share |

InesQor:my mind tells me that jaquen needs Arya for his greater plan. Or he just like her which pisses Waif off. She is scared a new girl will replace her lolz. Jaquen own is that he has a soft spot for Arya. It won't be bad to see a glimpse of romance between a man and a girl. But a girl is too young for a man, I will like to see a man kiss a girl. My dirty mind lolzz Jaquen is so cute. |

Re: Game Of Thrones Discussion (Beware Of Spoilers) by Santino1(m): 7:53am On Jun 08, 2016 |
gj22: Exactly. If not for anything else, I'd support Jon Snow just to exact revenge for my kinsmen who were betrayed and murdered by the Boltons. That's more in line with normal human behaviour. |
Re: Game Of Thrones Discussion (Beware Of Spoilers) by Santino1(m): 8:03am On Jun 08, 2016 |
djlaqua91: Nothing out of character. Sandor Clegane has always been a "private" person and considering his recent near death and "resurrection" travails combined with the admonishment of Septon Ray, it is totally understandable that he'd want to be alone. |
Re: Game Of Thrones Discussion (Beware Of Spoilers) by GROOOVE(m): 12:02pm On Jun 08, 2016 |
InesQor: Syrio Forel last seen: weaponless surrounded by lannister soldiers hungry for his head. Jaqen H'ghar as Arya? Maybe. But Syrio not by any chance What's the big deal if Arya dies anyway? A girl did wrong A girl should be purnished 1 Like 1 Share |
