1. Guarantor's form is the back bone of the whole process they must be duly signed and completed
2. According to them,statement of result is only acceptable if it's 5yrs old or less that means if u graduated from 2010 and less u must provide certificate
3.if ur name appears on the list and u didn't get a mail or sms u cn still be screened as long as u can provide a valid means of ID
4 they dnt screen anybody out,,they just grade you A or B,,A for qualities or certificate you possess and B for qualities or certificate you don't possess or you possess but it's not up to the required standard.

Finally,this process is not a do or die affair no need to be tensed or pressured especially after considering the very limited slots,,just pray to God to be favoured and move on if not selected.

Lol your post just cracked me up big time. I suddenly feel discouraged to go for the screening sef. I'm a serving Corp member in Abuja and my screening is suppose to hold on Thursday in Osun state. Do u think it's worth the stress Is NYSC discharge certificate compulsory

@anny dnt get discouraged oooo I think by hunting for a job while serving is the best thing to do but for this police job u Cnt combine it with service,,,though they didn't even check my discharge cert they checked from my FSLC to my statement of result....whr in abj re u serving

Once your final grade is A I think you are rest assured you scaled thru. If you hav one b and 99 A. Your final score will be B

Ours was VERY peaceful and stress-free. Based on uniform, they weren't stressed on that much, some people were putting on slippers and palm-sandals. Anyway, my physical screening was done, likewise the checking of my document. The most important ones are your FSLC, birth cert and LGA cert. Other certs are needed but you will submit its photocopy.
For those in Imo State, endeavour to photocopy your guarantors form, cos u will be submitting the duplicate, not the original.

Can someone going for the screening today ask the supervisors what one can do in a situation whereby the state of origin was wrong. That is, shortlisted in a wrong State.
