Yeah. Since I've bought the phone, it charges at the rate of 1% per minute until it reaches about 90%, where it takes a little time before it reaches 97%. And then a minute from 97 to 100

might be an hardware/cabe issue
if you can open the phone "not saying you should" "as not a professional" there should be a black cable that connects one part of the board to another ...... it might be broken(cut) removed or making partial contact ...... "not sure for every phone" but if its the other board issues just take it to the company...

Glad I found this thread. Please I've been having an issue all evening and Google hasn't helped anyway!

Short version: I can't log into playstore... Connection problems. Every other app in my phone is connecting just fine. I've also logged into playstore successfully on my computer browser to ensure I haven't been blocked but still can't get in on my phone like.

I've cleared the playstore cache, uninstalled all playstore updates and even cleared the data, still nothing.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

If I have to hard reset my phone, pls, suggest total back up apps I could use to back up my phone cos I have apps I can't lose. I'd also love if they were free. Thanks guys.

If the hardware supports it and there is a custom ROM for it, you are good. Check xda.com

Open freedom app settings and click stop. Then launch playstore.

How to rectify a corrupt modem on Samsung note 3

Download lucky patcher from google
Open the app and delete ur playstore
Then download another Google play store from Google, make sure it's d precise one for ur android version
Install it
Use lucky patcher to move it to system I. E make it a system app

finally I'm here. I do have a problem with my Itel1506 android phone.

whenever I'm playing music on the music player,it suddenly stop working or pause the music player.

I don't know what to do about this. its not barely a month I bought the phone.

I will have to open the player again to resume music player. this occurs like 10 minutes of playing time.

I updated my phone via factory wireless update software after ignoring the update several time. My phone stop booting after the useless update. I wonder what could be wrong with Tecno, is that the update is not compatible with my phone or perhaps they didnt test the update before rolling it out.

Please i need help!!! My D7CPRO stopped at Experience Smartlife Now.
