U simply used the right words @ the very wrong time.

Those lines r perfect, just that u haven't created a connection with her yet! Therefore , they sounded plainly arrogant with no iota of humour whatsoever!

When u meet a new lady, ur main aim is to get pass the usual barricade they put up to ward off regular guys that hit on em.
And we have told u that the best way to do that is to swing unusually arrogant yet funny lines.

Once u can make them laugh , every time u with them, it creates a connection this is what makes them always wano chat with u, call u n just can't help having u in their lives. Cos u FUN to talk to, be with as they usually say.

She showed up by 7:07 and called to know where I was, that she was around the bush bar, I told her she was late .... That I was on my way home! ( while I haven't even left home in the first place..... I was playing games on a console.... This is a trick I use a lot : I usually let them get there n call me , then I pretend like they came late! I always works) she pleaded n implored n explained until I reluctantly told her , " aiit, let me pick something , I'd be with u soon .
I kept her waiting till 7:30 .
