The chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, (FIRS), Mr. Babatude Fowler is a subject of another secret recruitment scandal as the organisation’s boss again allegedly hired another 400 new staff without due process.

Mr Fowler who was appointed the chairman of the FIRS by President Muhammadu Buhari, on August 20, 2015, is accused of not following due processes such as advertising the positions and getting the necessary approval from relevant authorities including the Federal Characters Commission.

Our investigations revealed that the FIRS boss had earlier in the year hired about 250 top level management staff under questionable circumstances to man zonal offices across the country, before this fresh 400 controversial recruitments

My dear it was worse. Shebi this one na secret, I remember the former FIRS boss okaura-Omoigui coming out to say she cant take all the people on the list of senators and politicians and still be expected to function properly. Secret recruitment has always been in govt. Buhari need to fight this
