You seem to know how dis things work. Thing is some sites will tell u they cant pay u via this or that or that paypal in ur country Is this and dat so they cnt pay u. Use Payoner. It is safer. Paypal is not that safe. But you don't have payoner account.That's not a prob. An exchanger who has a payoneer account will give you his account to withdraw the money into then he will send you the naira equivalent. Guy beware of scammers.
