estasplash: You dont have to renew your visa before travelling, you would be stamped in for 6 months regardless of when the visa will expire. You can however renew before travelling if you want to, but it is not illegal to travel on your present visa. 3 Likes |

You are good. The Visa is for you to present yourself at the POE. The CBP officer there has the authority to stamp you in for how long they decide. So If you travel now, the CBP officer can stamp you in for 6 (six) months if they are okay with your intentions. So it does not matter if the visa is about to expire. Hope that helps. estasplash: |

They don't have a particular num of weeks. I travelled last year with them at 36+6days n was not asked for any fit to fly document. Check their site for any updates on pregnancy policies. simababe: |

You don't have to renew before you travel. As long as you travel before it expires. You can travel with it even a day or 2 before expiry. As long as you get to the cbp bfor it expires. estasplash: |
