Call the stepmum and have a word with her. Tell her point blank that the next time she maltreats the boy you will report her to the police.

This has gone beyond issuing a final warning and the honourable thing to do is to report to the relevant authorities.

@PRINCETUNEX007: I hope you know youre like the father etc if you watch this abuse and say you will keep posting pix, i.e boy gets abused, you take pix post, he goes back gets abused you take pix and post etc, shame on you, there are so many human rights places you can report to, you can report to a senior police office and say if he doesnt take action you will put his name on Social media tht you reported it, you can take this pix to different blogs or mail it to them including names, addresses and locations, you can report it to a Church elder, pastor etc that you know will take action, you can get the landlord, community etc to visit the man father and stepmum and make it clear that the they will go to jail if this does not stop right away so many things you can do but youre interested in just posting pix and asking stupid questions, shame on you bro.

I think that's dangerous, for the step mum to behave that way she's past the point of logical reasoning. Take it to the police directly and use social media to the fullest extent possible.
