Please, can someone help me. I can't download and update on my Google play store. Although i can browse but just can't update and update on my Google play store. I use gionee p5w. Any help pls? I will appreciate.

To do anything on Google playstore requires a very strong/Stable network connection, like 3G+. Make sure that's not the issue. you can also try apps like Mobilemarket as a substitute for playstore

Seems you're new to Android, OK here are some possible solutions

Go to your SETTINGS, click on APPS, and locate "Play Store

Now Tap on " CLEAR CACHE", and also tap on "CLEAR DATA"

Now Switch OFF Your device for 15-30 mins, and switch it ON again and enjoy.

nice suggestions so far, more: have u set up a google account in the account settings of your phone ? @ times, Google play won't load without a confirm Google account
