Good day Good Doctors.
Please I want to know if there is any medical condition or any time in medicine that there's need for oxygenated blood.
I Mean Can there be a cause to warrant blood extraction from the artery. Thanks

It would be detrimental to the donors tissue. The usual method is always by increasing the 2,3bpg concentration of the transfused blood so that more oxygen can be extracted by the recipient tissue.

The skillful doctors know what is wrong by observing alone, the middling doctor by listening and the inferior doctor by feeling the pulse.

The question obviously doesn't have an answer. It's not all questions asked by people that one can confidently say YES or NO. At times you just have to make people sit down and do their homework, this is information age for crying out loud. Nobody is laughing at any body's ignorance here; how are you even sure that he doesn't know the answer already and decided to be fooling around. I really envisage a society where young people will be informed and enlightened, and the best way to go about it is to educate yourself by yourself.
Normally, I would have ignored the post, but just recently I was in a group where educated people were arguing seriously on the MBBS/BDS dichotomy. A fellow even went as far as saying outrightly that BDS graduates don't know any thing apart from the teeth. lol. Could you imagine such level of ignorance? And when I finally decided to clear the air, I discovered that his dogma can awaken a dead elephant. So, maybe the guy that asked that question is that type of person, maybe only trying to start up a stupid argument here . so how do you make him change? It's by making him learn the hard way.
It has been said several times on this page, that one should only go for what he has passion for. Then why bringing such thing up again? Sincerely, without any apology. That's the dumbest question i have seen. I stand to be corrected.
There's something obviously wrong with your view. You cant criticize someone's ignorance and still offer to make the person learn by calling him a fool. How have you made him wiser? If he feels he wants MBBS after BDS, it is within his legal rights to. Hell, I can decide to drop medicine for yoruba edu, its choice, not ignorance. And I think, its better for the nation when the 'knowledgeable' enlighten not criticize the 'ignorants'. Thanks.

Why you think like that? You can participate in this forum for sharing all your ideas. It will be a good opportunity for all the medical students. If you need any assistance to choose the best mbbs colleges in Karnataka you can find so many online sites like 4thestudent. They will help you to select the top colleges for getting admission in MBBS.

Hello bro, direct entry into UDUS for Mbbs has been on hold for over 3years now. I doubt if they'll accept this year.
