agarawu23: Agreement? Oh you mean the kobo kobo one that Mavverick has to practically beg for a mere N10k payment every week? That agreement? Anyways my point has been made on this before, I would have gotten a court order and sold that Mack truck of his to satisfy the judgement. I don't want to make this about Egun Anigilaje. Carry on folks. 4 Likes |

n3xt: Brabus, I am with you on this quest. I think the first thing to do, when trying to solve a problem, is to IDENTIFY the problem. What are we trying to achieve? OBJECTIVE After that, the next question will be HOW can we achieve the objective? This is the SOLUTION spectrum Followed by what is the most ECONOMICAL means of achieving the objective Finally, we consider the FIT-FOR-PURPOSE test (SAFETY of Occupants), of the proffered solution, in conjunction with the "economics" of the cost, as above We all agree we are trying to keep out unwanted visitors who chose to pass through the window, instead of using the approved doorway. We also agreed that we are trying to use PHYSICAL HINDRANCES placed on the window, to prevent such illegal entry. Now, such hindrances is is what you are proffering. Other options are Iron/Steel Grills on the window. So, l ask Is using Diamond Mesh :economical (cost-wise), to using ordinary stainless steel? Since we are not trying to prevent the entry of mosquitoes (Netting), just a few strong rods should do the job. If we consider the safety aspect, which l think this is all about, attention should be focused on a mechanism that allows you to remove the hindrance (Burglary-Proof Iron Bars), when needed to do so, while preventing others from being able to do so. I have been thinking: if we make a window of iron Rods (Square-shaped, size of the window), let it have hinges so it can open inwards and then attach a lock mechanism to it such that it can be opened within two seconds in an emergency. An alternative to the iron bar is that criss-cross, chain-like iron used on doors (like the Trelis Doors), with the same lock mechanism described above, attached to it . The area l still cant figure-out is the Lock Mechanism, that can fulfil that purpose. *Padlocks wont do (Difficult to open in an emergency like fire) * The common window Latch wont do because the thief can also break the glass window and lift up the latch *Some Latched windows have keys on the Latch but that will take us back to the Padlock scenario which is not good in dire emergencies. *Unbreakable glass is expensive and therefore not worth the 'economics' Do you have any idea on can work? It is very very irritating when you come to think about it, of all the losses that I have had to write off. Stolen materials. Bad job that requires fixing. Materials paid for but never delivered. Services paid for but never delivered. So when I look at the comments from Agarawu, no disrespect but it really STINKS !! If the system in nija works, brabus/Bosun would be out of business years ago. 3strikes: 7 Likes |

That bald headed man ! Baba OLORI PIPA wearing a shirt, i seem to recognize that statue. He's one of the guys that supervises the stealing of materials on my site, instead of supervising the construction work. 3strikes: 8 Likes |

3strikes: Do you mean I did wrong restoring normalcy to your site when Omo oniles are distrurbing everyday? Can you explain what happened and who invited the police to your site? Meanwhile, those officers are my loyal junior brothers. Those that know will only smile at your stupidity. You want their names and childhood photographs that we took together The popular Nuru Bakare of Ogombo 07089844110 (the Omo Onile) that I used the mopo boys to stop can even attest to this. 4 Likes 1 Share |

erico2k2: You mean column ( vertical beam), the foundation column should project out of the dpc not less than 650mm. The upper column bar should be extended to the surface of the damp proof course. 1 Like |

So they can put up junk internet pictures but then its a sin for me to post a picture from my own site online? why are they being defensive even when I didn't call names and haven't even explain what was going on..... A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words. @ tiwasavage...If I start to talk... 3 Likes |

May God reward us both a billion fold the same way we dealt with each other (good or bad) Amen!!! Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. I am bold to say it over and over.
