Like i said earlier.. they are human like us and no one is perfect.. what works for you might not work for me! let be logical.

I am not in support of anyone but just want to make a common sense!

You have no idea what it feels like not to be paid at the end of the month not to talk of 6months without salary.. These are workers that have obligations to family and other obligations too... Sir I must confess anyone with a conciense will know there is no excuse for a governor not to pay salaries as at when due... Besides governance is not by force if one feels he does not have the capacity to manage resources then he can step aside to allow others who can manage effectively to handle things...

My brother, you are talking like you have this special hatred for this man, which is not supposed to be. Like i said earlier and I will repeat again, let be LOGICAL and put aside sentiment. Even you! Yes, You I mean; you will have the-same problem if you are given 10 days to rule. Do you think, its easy to rule ? I have been the president of a society when i was in school and i know what it takes to rule with my little experienced so far. Sometime i took from my personal money to finance some projects but only my cabinets are aware about this but my members will still go ahead and criticize that i have not been honest and i embezzle.
It is easy to criticize and tell a player, how to play the ball on the pitch while you are watching, if you are given the opportunity, I'm sure you can't deliver half of the player ability.
Take PDP and APC for example; when PDP was in power, APC was busy shouting corruption this, corruption that, heavily criticizing the government, I could remember then, when Jonathan removed fuel subsidy, APC was shouting, it is a fraud, there is nothing like subsidy.
Now, APC have the power, why did they removed fuel subsidy that was called fraud during Jonathan regime.

Sir sincerly I have no hatred for the Governor.. Just that I know of a lot of people who are passing through tough times thanks to the fact that they have not been paid, my criticism is just based on the fact that lots of people can't afford to leave a decent life anymore.. we look forward to a better tomorrow while making lots of sacrifices to work even without being paid but seeing the Governor talking tough on workers despite the fact that they have not been paid is quite annoying...

I understand how it feels when you have not been paid for the work done. Its really crazy and I understand what the workers are passing through. The government need to find a way to generate money by themself, not to wait for allocation from FG. There are many ways they could generate money but the govt lack concepts. I have a lot of concepts for them but they will rather rubbish you or find a way to take the concepts from you and throw you out of the game. I wish everyone success.

NB: Even the workers are not faithful because there are many ghost workers, and the govt need to organize a special training for every civil servants every year, so as to keep them updated about the new innovation and technology because most of them are outdated with new technology.. You can't imagine, having a typewrite to type a letter in an office of one of the commissioner's office, sometime around 2013, when i went to oyo state secretariat but i don't know maybe they have change it now but as at then, i saw a secretary of one of the commissioner typing with a typewriter. And again, those staffs are not friendly enough, they can abuse you for anything, busy watching tv while having a lot of job on their desk. All the best

We look forward to a better tomorrow sir.... you can keep submitting the proposal hopefully they will make use of it someday... I know my dear state has no business in the committee of states that can't afford to pay salary or run government to provide basic amenities we are here majorly due to poor management.. That is the plain truth.. How do we justify the fact that Oyo received a total of 84billion Naira for the first year and in addition also got billions as bail out funds and yet we are owing months of unpaid salaries? Anyway all is well and God will judge us all....

My brother, That's is the main prayer, hoping for a better Nigeria. I was surprised as well when i saw oyo state collected 84b from FG and still owing salaries. I could not understand but there might be some hidden things that are not visible to us. May God help.
I will rather explore my initiatives on my own when it is time than to give the govt that will rubbish it. And they lack management, like you said. That's why i always encourage PPP but, if it can be well utilize. Even in some developed countries, they adopted PPP system, there are many investors who are interested, though things might be expensive but we will enjoy it and it will boost economy, create job opportunity, so as to afford those amenities. Many investors are interested in investing in Nigeria because of our population and resources but they have been scared away because of corruption and the power failure (electricity). If FG can fix only Nigeria Electricity, you will see how our economy will boost, it will be like magic. God bless
