1. Get your ISBN from National Library.
2. Look for a good graphic designer for your book cover.
3. Find a good printing press and discuss with them. A friend of mine self published a 200 pages book sometimes ago. It cost him N100 for each book, which he sold at N200 or more.. It was of good quality. Produced about Thousand copies. The press did everything. Approach a good press. As a self publisher you must put in place a strong marketing machinery, if not you will find it "Buharific".

There are a thousand ways to publish your books online; Amazon, okadabooks etc.
I publish mine on Globlaruns.com and sell whatever i want to sell over there.
My point is that you chose where you want your book to be but trust me, the more places you publish, the more exposure you get.
You can get a blog and publish there too because you may write another and another someday.

it is free but it ain't easy particularly smashwords. They all demand different format uploads, so many dos and don't its frustrating sometimes. and competition is so stiff.
I could help u but I swear u'll have to pay me something even if for fuel in my generator...never but always high bills.

in this age and time, given d economic situation, I advice u publish your book as a digital book...eBook and publish on web stores with worldwide outreach. u earn in dollars.

Do u know any graphic designer ...if yes then get them to do the graphic work, after which u do the corrections, then go get your ISBN no at national Lib then do ur Lithography n planning cum plates then get go n buy papers preferably mushin if u reside in lagos then run it on printing g machine...after which u do sorting out .. finally u pin it or do perfect binding depending on what u want...thank me later..

I'm a graphic designer. But the ISBN, and perfect binding is what I'm having serious issues with.

having gotten the book proof read, you need to get the ISBN number from the National Library. Previously it was N5k but don't know how much damage change had done to that cost.

With this number you can proceed to printing and finishing. Hoping you know what that means.

My guess is that you want to self-publish hard copies and not on-line. It is a rigorous exercise if you ask me. Here are the basics.
Do first proofreading and editing by yourself.
Second proofreading by someone you trust (preferable a professional or someone with ample experience in the field).
Do final editing yourself.
Get a graphic artist for pagination, proper adjustments and cover design.
Make a couple of hardcopy (preview) prints on an office printer. The quality may not be that high but the copies will serve the purposes of you reviewing in hardcopy (easier than reviewing in soft copy) and for
submission at National Library to get an ISBN number.
Pass the hardcopy through selected readers to get a fair idea of how the general reader may perceive the book - your choice of language, writing style, ease of comprehension etc. Let these selected reader be your personal critiques.
Approach the National Library with a copy, a cover note and 5k to obtain an ISBN number. The process takes upward of two weeks. Google to know current requirements and duration.
Now that your book is copyrighted, identify your market. Do not mass produce without a definitive market, audience, readers or promotional and advertisement tactics in mind. Do not run at a loss.
Approach a printer to give insight to printing types available to you and costs. Cost will depend on pages of book, colours to be used and amount of copies you intend to print, the printing technology employed and book finishing technique employed.
This is where you spend considerable amount of money. Be very clear in how you intend to recoup and make healthy profit margin so you can plough back.

and Ilupeju because printers are numerous at these places and competition is stiff.

It's like 90pages. The size after trimming must be 4"X5". We need a glossy cover with quality direct imaging printing and a debossed title of the book.
