Its the normal tradition. SSC candidates are normally screened at d NDA old site after RC aspirants must have finished their own screening. So list will be out in late July or we shld expect d list as from 9th of next month.

You are right about them being different but, testimonial is from the state while the fslc is issued by the school. I collected my fslc just a few weeks back

What's tha business?

Bros, u guys ar mixing up de two & creating more confusion. First Sch. Leaving Testimonial is different from First Sch Leaving Cert, though the two may serve the same purpose. The former, i.e FSLT is issued to u by de Sch u attended as evidence dat u actually attended the sch from this year to that year. While de latter, i.e FSLC is issued to u by de Exam body dat conducted de First School Leaving Certificate Exam (FSLCE), which is usually de State Ministry of Edu. Again, while FSLC, in most cases, contains de result u obtained at the FSLCE, FSLT does not. However, both may serve the same purpose but FSLC speaks louder dan FSLT. Same thing equally applyies to Secondary School. The testimonial given to u when leaving sec sch after SS3 is different from de main Cert from WAEC or NECO

Yes I totally agree with you. As for me, I have both the First School Leaving Testimonial (FSLT) and First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC). Both are different from each other. The FSLT was issued to me on the day we held our sendforth/ graduation ceremony few days after completing primary 6 & writing the First School Leaving Certificate Exam and it is titled "FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING TESTIMONIAL". While the FSLC took some years after completing primary sch before it arrived from the State Ministry of Education (which is the body that conducted the First School Leaving Certificate Exam) and it is titled "FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE" and it contains the grade I obtained at the First School Leaving Cert Exam. So, I have the two of them and they are different from each other.

Something keeps telling me that one of the screening stages of the Police and Army recruitment will clash. When that happens, it will then be a matter of choosing the job you are passionate about.

PS: A strong intel in NDA just told me that the first list of shortlisted candidates will be out by first week of July. Lets keep our fingers crossed

I feel so too. Deciding which one to go for won't be about passion, it will be which of the 2 jobs you're confident of getting.
