Ok buddy, I was just reading about NATO saying it now has grounds for attacking Russia, citing some useless NATO's article that - should a NATO member country becomes the victim of a cyber attack by persons in a non-NATO country such as Russia & China, then their useless article requires them to mobilize against such countries.
