True, but my concern is that this is Naija and these men, even CBN, are corrupt and will still find a way to take advantage of it. So I won't even trust their 'monitoring'

So if 1USD is equals N1000, Euro could go as high as 1200 per naira.

I tot u had the same issue, from the screenshots you posted here when we where discussing Rhine application about sending hardcopy. What did u do to correct it? Did uni-assist send u any email saying ur docs where incomplete? Coz I had same status from uni-assist as per Rhine for a while until they processed it n I mailed n they said all was fine that I just have to wait for it to be processed. So if ur docs are complete n uni-assist has acknowledged payment. Why bother. So it's a system thing n it's normal just like uniassist confirmed. Pls do tell if all the reasons u gave above for the incomplete application status were given to u by uni-assist so we can learn.

Moneygram now is 332 to a $ unlike before when it was 290. Western union too according to first bank is presently 347 to a $ unlike before too(last week enquiry). But you don't have to wait till eternity before you get it done unlike before; it is very fast now but the rate is killing. Meanwhile, sending 8k euro through them might take a while cause u can't send more than 190-250k at once. Shalom
