Did uni-assist send u any email saying ur docs where incomplete? Coz I had same status from uni-assist as per Rhine for a while until they processed it n I mailed n they said all was fine that I just have to wait for it to be processed. So if ur docs are complete n uni-assist has acknowledged payment. Why bother. So it's a system thing n it's normal just like uniassist confirmed. Ranging from incomplete document, invalid certification, no payment confirmation, got payment or document after the deadline if it is not VPD, you have like full business or medical 100L or 200L transcript and you are going for an Engineering course and many more. It can also be a mistake from uniassist but that is on a rare occasion .Whatever the reason might be, once your portal change from submitted online not yet processing to application incomplete, you will receive a mail from uni assist telling clearly what is wrong with the application and the next step to take in correcting it. But it is good to find out what is wrong on time so that you can correct it before the deadline; otherwise it will remain that way and your application will not be forwarded. Do you understand now? submitted and it went straight to "incomplete application" and nothing was wrong, nothing was missing n uni-assist confirmed this n didn't call it an error after I mailed them. There's no harm in finding out tho but it's a status report n uni-assist has not given reasons for it yet thats what I am trying to say.

Look at the picture below. If you uni assist said you don't have to send certified hard copy for rhinewal, fine no problem since you said you have confirmed it. But not sending signed confirmation print out is what im sceptical about. Back to that image, those two schools with VPD completed are the schools that the signed uniassist confirmation page were being submitted, while that of rhinewal with application incomplete are the ones the signed confirmation pages have not been sent to uniassist. But I have got good news for you for accommodation, i advise u to immediately contact the studentenwerk in Hannover, they are the only good option for cheap student hostel. Hannover is a great city and very international. There are alot of student jobs where they do not expect high level of german langauge. You can get mini job. Eat less of African food cos they are expensive buy german groceries and u good to go

Another thing dt scares me is that, there is a girl dt sent in her insurance and some other docs to embassy a day after I sent in my own and she got her package last Tuesday..... Abeg ooo, my OGA'S, wetin I fit do oo cus I was told it takes 5-7 working days to send d package out through courier.

I think someone was complaining about the same Videx form. I have no idea if he has resolved it though.
Question is: have they included videx for long-term visa applicants or some honest mistake (one too many, IMO).

Reach out to them or fill in the videx form (print) and go with it.

Same here with exact date but diff time. Go download and fill long term visa on their website, to be on a safe side, print the videx as well and take it along on your interview date.

Oga, I am not here to argue with you. Read my post again and understanf it. I don't know what might be wrong with your own application but becareful when you are "generalising" an issue like this cause it can cause the victim another year of application. Let me tell you this, for those that are familiar with uni assist application, it is very rare for you to submit an application and it will show application incomplete straightaway even without processing. Having said that, there is a different between your case and a case of someone that has submitted, and it shows "submitted online , application not yet processed" to "application incomplete" . How can you say it is normal in this scenario? I will not quote you on this issue again, let's whosoever see application incomplete wait for uni assist to rectify it then if that is your submission. Shalom
