@flakkyk, they av remodified their site. Above link is d new link to maximum number of sinp application. So u can log in to your SINP account and summit your application for saskatchewan express entry.

Good day, please i have a question concerning pof. i am the PA but my POF will be by presenting a fixed deposit certificate in my husband's name. Pls can i use only the fixed deposit certificate as i do not want to include his bank statement as the POF was a huge sum lodged singly in to his account by a friend.
Please will i be ok by this as i have started becoming worried concerning this.

Please i would like to apply for canada express entry program but my fear is, if I should apply for a study visa later, perhaps if my EE application isnt successful, could my initial EE application be used as grounds that I am not likely to leave canada at the end of my studies? Thus ruining my chances of ever securing study visa?

Good morning guys, am new here, av gained a lot reading this thread, i follow the canada study thread, am currently waitn for my trv, but my question is i want to apply for pr for my mum, she has visited canada twice, she is a nurse with bsc, masters and professional degrees nd over 25yrs experience, am confused as to which way to use, i see pple talkn about express entry or provincial nominations, can sum1 plsss explain which route to use for her.

Also if sum1 already has trv for study permit, can he stil apply for express entry if he is eligible, whether he is in nigeria or canada.

For your MCC evaluation of credentials,you would need to have sent a copy of your medical certificate certified by a notary public. Mcc would then verify the certificate from your school.
But no worries,I think you should just wait for the reply from MCC after reviewal of the docs u submitted. They would tell u if u still need to resubmit d certificate via post or email .

I will suggest that you scan your degree certificate to your school and request that it is sent alongside your transcript. As for your school, try and locate a contact person so as to expedite the process for you.

With EE, as long as you meet the CRS cut-off point, you can get Invitation To Apply (ITA) for Permanent Residence (PR). That means you must have created an EE profile.

With PNP, YOU STILL NEED AN EE PROFILE but once you get nominated by a province, you just upload your certificate of nomination on your EE profile giving you an additional 600 CRS point and automatically will get you an ITA in the the next round of invitations.

CIC now channels all things immigration to canada through the Express Entry system.

As for advantage: PNP guarantees you will get ITA because of the additional CRS point but EE only you must get the points solely based on all the factors for your EE profile. Also, with PNP, you must be prepared to spend a minimum of certain number of year(s) in the particular province that nominated you before you can migrate to any other province. Please google this for each provinces.

The gurus in the house can throw more light on this.
