All these ignorant teenagers typing their ignorance away to the world.
You don't have to be tennis player to head the Association, getting a VIP to head the body is a way of helping the sport get the necessary attention and sipport it needs to move on. They are likely to get more financial support to run their programs now that she is their head.
Lucky Igbinedion was the Chairman of the Nigerian Amateur boxing board while he was the governor of Edo. Was he ever a boxer? In 2004 and 2008, Nigeria didnt win a single medal in the Olympic...

Nkoyo Ibori held similar position while her husband was Delta state governor.
I think it is a welcome development as timely and intervention will be giving to the particular sport in the state
