I moved into my house a five bd flat somewhere in abuja in 2008 in my case i work during holidays so i bring all that is needed to site incuding my chair ,food and water so we start together and close together. yes! Not everybody spends foolishly when building. There is always a "cut your coat to your size" level. Its achievable with that amount.
