If after supplying username, email, password you click on register and you're told: YOUR USERNAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY REGISTERED.

Don't worry, scroll down and click on LOGIN using the Same username or email and your password


You'll get access to the portal.

It means your registration is already recognized.

So head straight to your area of interest to upload your docs and info

The site is not loading again, I tried accessing it times without number, still getting the same issue

I applied since Tuesday and I have not gotten my reference number...... Any one with the same issue?!!!

Try it again in d nait wif uc browser and if it says d same tin dt means u av registered...

it means Your data is already registered . Just sign out and login again to proceed to upload your document and submit

Please, I have the same issue. But anytime I visit the site, there is usually no link to login instead I do start afresh. Though my registration has been acknowledged, but after completing the application form it notified me that my phone no., Bvn and email has already been used

check ur nysc certificate, u will see something like NYSC /GM /NUA /2015.... This should be directly after ur name on the cert.

Ms word files are already in .doc, if u typed d document on ur phone it becomes .docx...no need for any conversion Oga

I registered on Sunday but no congratulatory mail, so i decided to retry this morning.

Guess what! it was successful unlike yesterday that i got the normal "data has been used" error messages.

so guys try re-applying- i just got my congratulatory mail

On thurday i tried it again i was able to pass stage 2, when i got to stage 5, and i click submit it redirected me to ngix.com and i tried the application process afresh and it said my bvn, phone number and email are already used. Uptill now i have not got an acknowledgment mail

Your call up number is written immediately after your name on the certificate . It written as NYSC/

they are working on the site, there suppose to be a login and log out link, also, the site has been adjusted to just one page, as soon as u see the login page u will be to complete your application.

i cant seem to find the register/login link used to be at the top. Its like they have removed it. Even when i select a program and click register, it redirects to the home page

Infact everybody is fed up. Different issues everyday.Up till now i have not received congratulatory message and the form keep on saying all my data have been taken/ registered

The award of this crappy website contract has corruption written all over it. Imagine that since day one, I've been trying day and midnight to register but unsuccessful! Different times different issues, now Submit Button is not responding again. I couldn't have imagined this type of corruption under Buhari's administration, never.

Though, the contact us page of npower has been removed some days back.

Even when it was there 8 out of 10 applicants who had complaints alleged that they didn't get response to their complaints.

However, if you still want to reach out to the admin you can do so by sending email to info@npower.gov.ng
