SOS from kogi civil servants. Our salaries have been witheld by bello. We have been forced to open accounts in zenith and access. We don't have access to the accounts. No atm no cheque book. We are been harassed and being detained by DSS and kept in underground cells to force us to confess to matters we know nothing about.
