It's an android. Just that it has YunOS UI and modules that have disallowed flashable zipped apps to be installed. Install UC Browser for english. Download 1Mobile app and install on your device. The current YunOS does not allow rooting. If rooting is allowed, you can remove all the useless chinese apps. What if I told you that the phone has 32gb internal, would you believe?

I will ask you to report to the seller about the gadget. But I am sure that by the end of July, the new OS that will come with GApps on the same gadget will be out.

i have someone who just got the phone but he said he's stuck on 2g. He has return it though.

I think there's a point here. On the pack, 4g is written. In the settings, there's 2, 3 and 4g. But when you slot a simcard, irrespective of your network selection, it displays 2g. What's their return policy? I may just have to return the phone too...

perhaps U need to flash a custom ROM to ur phone if this persists.

For those having issues with their tuoda magtry, try this tips; Get 3G on your phone with these steps:
step 1:dial *#*#4636#*#* on your call dialer

step 2:click on the first option that pops up after dialing the code on the first step (phone information)

step 3: scrole down and click on network option,chose WC1gbDMA　ｏｎｌｙ
ｓｔｅｐ４：wait for few minutes,ur phonewill automatically change to 3G or you cangotonetwork seting and click on 3G if u are using two sim cards
