Allah appears to be a highly intelligent and powerful entity, judging by the Quran's description of him. So it's unlikely that he would speak to one human being, and not endow that person with indisputable secrets and powers to dispel skeptics.

Have you heard of Olumba Olumba? He's a man claiming to be the creator of the universe. The overwhelming majority of people don't believe that he is.

How come you and I don't believe that Olumba Olumba is the creator of the universe? What if he is able to make the entire population of Saudi Arabia vanish into thin air for a certain length of time?

Would you then begin to seriously consider his argument? What if he then made every vehicle in new York City to vanish after that? And keeps going on and on?

What I'm getting at is that Olumba hasn't provided sufficient evidence to justify his supposed divinity. Likewise, the Quran does not contain any information to justify Mohammed's claim that the elusive source of the universe spoke to him, and told him that it won't speak to anyone again in the future.

Did you read the long post that I wrote earlier? I don't believe Mohammed's testimony. Reading the Quran is like reading the Bible, there's no point to it.

You need to show me why Mohammed was telling the truth. Did Allah reveal anything to him in preparation for skeptics?

If I come and claim to be Allah tommorow, you won't believe me. But what if I bring back your whole family from 200 years ago? Or make the whole Middle East disappear from the map? Or open the whole heavens by removing the clouds?

You will start to take me seriously, even if I'm not your Allah, you will know that I have the recommended powers.
Mohammed was a con man. He didn't speak to anyone, what he did was write that book himself. Any time someone keeps reminding you of his illiteracy, and bringing it up in conversations, you should be wary of his intentions. Maybe he intends to write a book and then say god told him bla bla bla.
Mohammed didn't believe in any god, he was a politician and a con man.
