@crazymommy,i have successfully opened a payoneer acct and shutterstock, but when I post 10 sample pictures required for new contributor, all pictures are rejected, it says it's less than 4MP while they are highly quality pictures, am using my laptop, please help me,..

No it won't...infact my two younger brothers use my payoneer account for their Amazon account for almost 5 months before they now had their own ID to get their payoneer account.

The royalty type you can choose is determined by the price of your book...if your book is priced at 2.99$-9.99$ You will select and get 70% royalty but if the price is priced at 2.98$ or below you are entitled to 30% royalty..what you should do is that make the price of your book to be just 2.99$ and select 70% royalty...I said 2.99$ because the price is not too small or big .high priced books on Amazon gets less sales except your book is best sellers...

So 2.99$-3.99$ is a good range of price for your 25pages book..

Most newly pictures I jez used are 13MP, I think its accepted now coz its not displaying a red X,but I don't have any of the ID requirements except voters card,i think that's the problem now

Shutterstock only accepts passport...so you have to try istockphoto.com and see if they will accept just voters card,they also pay like shutterstock.......you can also publish photobooks on Amazon...I explained everything...

send them an email and explain to them if they might consider voters card..

The question is did your friends permit you to use their picture??it is wrong to use their picture without their consent.
