Ok. Concerning the post-utme bruhaha, this was posted on the UNN-info page.
Despite our efforts to keep everyone properly
informed about 2016 UNN Post Utme via the UnnInfo
Official Facebook Group, we have continued to get
numerous calls/mails from aspirants claiming they
are still “confused” about the status of 2016 Post
Utme.
Truly, the ministry of education’s statement that “Post
Utme is cancelled but schools can screen their
candidates” has created quite a lot of uncertainties.
We will however once again address most of your
concerns using the points below;
1. This is not the first time a situation like this has
occurred in the Nigerian education sector and
certainly may not be the last.
2. Irrespective of what it is termed, Post Utme or
Screening, UNN will certainly screen her
aspirants to determine who will be admitted into
the institution, and not JAMB.
3. In the past, UNN Post Utme/Screening usually
held around July every year. But, there is no
information yet on this year’s schedule. Keep
looking out for information on that any moment
from now.
4. The worst thing that will happen to you as an
aspirant is to live under the illusion that post
utme will not hold only to wake up and find out
that it is just a week away.
In general, we advise you remain focused. Channel
your thoughts to the fact that the exam will still hold.
Get the necessary materials that you need and as a
smart student, sit down and study. You have nothing
to loose by doing so. |
