Thanks alot. they just responded to my email and told me to try other banks. sad thing is the only bank around me is GTbank. I dont know why one cant pay online. sad thing

Am I the only one who has issues with uploading passport? I can't get any passport size that's less than 40kb and 600*480 pixels. Help!!! Must it be to the specification? can't it just get the same rectangular shape as a picture that's 600*480 pixels?

the one I uploaded was more than 10kb, just try any size though, u may be lucky.

Post graduate portal differs from the main UI portal . Try google it

I didn't use the pixel specs because I couldn't get it right ,just got a passport below 10kb n scaled through .

Fixed the issue. The problem was the format. I saved it as a Jpeg file according to the instruction but it required a jpg file. I changed the format and I'm moving on. Thanks
