maybe you should check the difference between your previous ref no and the new one, the ref no is like a number given on a queue.

Registration Issue

If after supplying username, email, password you click on register and you're told: YOUR USERNAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY REGISTERED.

Don't worry, scroll down and click on LOGIN using the Same username or email and your password


You'll get access to the portal.

It means your registration is already recognized.

So head straight to your area of interest to upload your docs and info

I registered since a week now and uploaded my documents, but wasn't told successful on clicking the submit button, it just took me to home page and said my details have been used when I tried again, and no mail was sent , when I tried registering again, the response was I have already registered in the platform and no place to upload documents. Hello everyone

If you successfully applied for npower but yet to get your reference number, please, keep calm.

Be patient. I applied on Saturday, got the reference number today, Wednesday around 11:08pm.

Keep checking your inbox and spam folder or junk.

Spam folder is to gmail.

Junk is to yahoomail

However, this isn't a guarantee that everyone will be contacted.

check your spam messages, if it is not there, you can email them with your registration details, they could send you your ref no or instruct you on what to do, their email is on the site or on twitter @npower_ng

Have you checked your spam folder if you're using gmail, or junk if you're using yahoomail?

Pls check them.

If you can't still find them, be informed that every application can never be accepted/successful due to some of these factors:

1) portal hitches

2) failure to follow instructions

3) employer's selection policy

4) inability to meet requirements etc

However, if you think you haven't fallen in none of the above factors, reach me on WhatsApp.

Pls don't share your personal /financial details or sensitive info with unknown person.
