I am resident in the US and I want to open a non resident account AKA diaspora account(personal account)
Please which bank is best at online banking in Nigeria?I will use it mainly for online transfers within Nigeria and occasionally ourside Nigeria .
Please guide me, I am tired of my money entering voicemail from relatives.

fidelity show have the first place....they have never ever failed me,I repeat never ever!!!

GTB is very user friendly,excellent service,you register and start using with no supervision,never failed me once,I use them for all my Forex trasfers also with no issue.

I use them to make my local transactions using the mobile app and internet banking. I also have a first bank account which I have given up on for online banking. I'm now using it to store funds I don't want to touch, pending when I get back to 9ja.

I've never had any down time or issues with zenith mobile and online banking.

For me it is Union bank then Diamond

Diamond Bank by a long pole. Ease of use and registration. As said in their advert, their mobile app is the sweetest way to bank. I can't seem to do a day without it..its next to my bible

I usually buy dollar and deposit or withdraw dollar from my Payza account to it and then transfer to a USA bank, the exchange rate is competitive,I found it better than SKye bank,the other bank I use...The Token is a security feature that gives out random numbers without which you can't make a transfer,it a small device tied to your account which you keep safely,so even if someone gets access to your account, they can't withdraw or transfer without the random changing code numbers from the Token(Even now you can still get your token security numbers via your phone but I never use this feature because of the rate of stealing of GSM's in Naija!)

i want to open an account with gtbank. i dont knw if they issue their master card to everybody once you open an account with them. i went to firstbank and requested for their master card but i was not given, they gave some reasons that, they have been mandated to stop issuing their master card anyhow unless to some selected VIP..chai!!!!

I believe Gtbank gives their master card to everyone that has an account with them. You can contact them on twitter to confirm.

I use Fidelity and they are good. Access bank is a no no for my. Tired of their failed transaction and waiting for days for the reversal

Though you can open a GTbank account online via Facebook or by dialing *737# but its advisable to go to the nearest branch around to get an account

GTBank for me is the most convenient in terms of online banking. I started actually with them, and they've been exceptional..

Your token, mastercard can be sent to you anywhere in the world. You will be charged 14k for dhl and it will be sent to your registered address abroad.
