its very possible to get a residency with an international degree but i would also make inquiries so as not to give you a false hope. most scholarships for residency i know of need you to have taken Chinese proficiency exam (HSK level 5), there are lots of options to consider in various cities, most classes are taught in English language but you would need Chinese to communicate efficiently with your patients, study visas do not have work options attached to them but some students still work as English teachers and disk jockeys in clubs but if you get caught punishments range from fines as much as 5kyuan to deportation, the cost varies if you're not on a scholarship and factors that can affect the cost include the school, location of city and also specialty.

MegMich:

G.day bro!

Pls, I want to know if there is any chance of an international medical graduate(MBBS, Nigeria) getting into residency program in China?

Must the language be Chinese?

What of chances of getting into post graduate medical program? Any good options available? How much will it cost and any scholarship offers? What of existing part-time jobs? Any language barrier issues in class? Pls, any information will be appreciated as I plan ahead. Thanks!

I think it depends on the school. So do some research, write to the program coordinators and you will get your answers. You can apply to Hangzhou normal University if you want, but write to them and let them know you have a degree already my opinion though.
