we have the naturally fair people from birth, but due to climate changes their skin become chocolate or dark. those kind of people you will hardly notice they are bleaching , you will believe they're applying cream that will maintain their skin ton ( that is how most justify )

in the op's case it is obvious he was once a dark in complexion guy.

my definition of beauty is posture, face structure and smoothness, walks and lastly assets. any lady who possesses these is beautiful to me. skin ton isn't a feature you can be any colour .


for guys, handsome is hygiene , posture ,face structure and lastly dress sense .
