For the past 2 months I've not been receiving the week extensions of one week and three weeks in alternate. It has been strictly one month and no additional weeks. Is it what is applied to all MTN BBM subscribers now? I'm on BBC to 21600 own.

What is wrong with MTN office at sapele road in Benin, over 2 weeks now I can't register my sim they keep saying they are having network problem whereas those by the road side are activating sim daily and its working fine.

I subscribed for the Mtn monthly plan of 3.5gb on 13/06/2016, however i have been unable to browse since despite removing my battery several times and doing all sort of checkups on my mobile....Definitely, the fault is from Mtn!

unfortunately they won't give you any solution. Same happened to me some months ago. Sub for 4.5g and couldn't use. Called CC tire, came here for help...no solution till it expired. I stopped using mtn for data service since. Wonder what NCC is doing

I subscribed to mtn bbc 2gb plan on the 13th of June, with determination not to download as I've always done instead, I chat on whatsapp, bbm, facebook and nairaland only. I received a message on 18th (Sat) that my subscription to product VSF BB Unlimited BES Staff 2gb would expire on Monday, today 20th June. I ignored cause I know I didn't subscribe to such plan. Lo and Behold, on Monday morning, all connections weren't going. I realised my data had expired. I wondered how it was possible for me to exhaust 2gb in 1week without downloading anything on a bold 5, when I make use of the same in 2weeks if I was actively downloading. I called CC and was told I had exhausted my bbc data. I asked that the breakdown of how the it was used be explained and the lady said. I spent almost 5gb data on the 16th (thurs). I asked how on earth it was possible for me to spend 5gb on a particular day without downloading esp when i'm on a 2gb plan. she was numb and said all she could say was that I had exhausted my data. substituting BES which I know nothin of for bbc? I say NO to this criminal act and request that mtn rectified this issue asap. 08130909890

Hello goldtito, you will need to visit the nearest MTN office with a valid means of Identification, 6 months bank statement. You will also be required to fill a form at the office. Thank you

My active BB subscription was to expire yesterday around some minutes pass 6PM, the day before that, I recharged my line with a thousand naira and called your helpdesk to confirm if I will be automatically re-subscribe to the plan so as to enjoy the three weeks extension as I had already been given a week extension on my last subscription and they assured me so.

Sadly, even with over 1,000+ on my line, I received a text that my auto-renewal failed. I had no choice than to manually activate a new plan. Even more sad was that I was not given any extra week extension like before and the data as being regulated to 2GB as against what was obtainable before.

Also, when I recharged my line, I was given a bonus of 50.00NGN but couldn't find it on line and when I called, I was charged from my normal balance.

Kindly help me look into this.

Hello Mr. Jidesm....firstly I noticed MTN doesn't give d normal extension dey do give 4 BBC if automatically resubscribed and if it not so plzz help me look into my line and I really don't know why 3G stopped working on my line, it actually started dis morning, u know how frustrating EDGE could be....I wld be glad if u help me resolve it

Whenever I recharge my better talk account, MTN will make sure the major recharge is deducted without any form of notice or reason why it was so even if I haven't made any call. while the bonus would still be available for use. On the bonus, I said when I tried calling with it, I was being charged from my normal balance. My last recharge of 200NGN, I also received 20NGN as bonus but got charged from my main balance.

If you know one can't use the bonus, there is no need giving one.

Why is MTN this wicked? They have billions in their accounts and still they keep swindling innocent people. People who struggle to earn a living.

When ever I subscribe for a plan, my line automatically stops browsing! Like seriously? What sort of Ojoro is this? Twice i've subscribed to mtn 50MB + call bonus for 1day @N50 and 100MB + call bonus for 3days @N100 respectively, and in every case I was only able to load just one lousy facebook page on Opera mini. Then voila! MTN start sending me godforsaken msgs that I have exhausted my data. What nonsense!
