unfortunately your problem is probably hardware related, i'm suspecting that the antenna terminal has been affected or the antenna is broken so now the reception is poor

i thought has much too ..carlcare message me they have done it after giving to then for 2weeks and now the problem still persist ..i need someone who is an engineer that i can explain this to cos those ladies who collect the phone for repair told me she will still repeat the process that the phone phone had network prob which she did before i first collect the phone... Now i dont knw what to Tell them this time around cos they will still right network problem

Use ur stock file manager for music and videos

As for app, depending on ur kind of phone, u might have to root it before u can move it

My infinix note 2 dropped on the floor and the network signal went off right away. The only where i now receive reception is near network mast. I took the phone to carlcare at ikeja they told me they fixed it but getting back to my place still the same issue.. I dont knw how to explain to them because right there in carlcare bulding am getting reception on the the phone.. Pls help!!! I need a carlcare engineer to attend to this

Hello, I got a new Android device and recovered my Whatsapp chats. However, I noticed that my phone contacts did not sync "namewise" with my Whatsapp contacts i.e. unlike before, my Whatsapp contacts are ONLY displaying phone numbers and not the names of my contacts.

I have rebooted my phone several times, deleted and reinstalled Whatsapp twice on the phone but nothing has changed. When someone chats me up, I need to check our past chats or the profile picture to determine who I am chatting with. This is really frustrating, to say the least.

Has anyone experienced this? How was it resolved? Thank you.

Please i switch off my tecno c8 when i wanted to sleep. When i woke up i try to ON it but it did not power on, so i went and charge over 4 hours yet it could not even indicate charging, not to talk of the phone powering up..

Why is it that if I leave my infinix hot 2 on and go to sleep , the next day if I charge it, instead of the battery to be increasing it would be decreasing , then if I don't use my done for couple of hours when am in school, if I start using it, the batter would be draining very fast, the only way to stop it is until I remove the battery and fix it again, sometimes if I power it on, it would display optimizing Apps it would start counting from 1- 149 for almost 20Minutes. This shit is very annoying every morning I must remove my battery.

Backup your whatsapp folder, uninstall whatsapp then reinstall from the play store. If you cannot access your whatsapp conversations restore the whatsapp folder you backed up

My old phone runs on 4.2.2 version of Android while my new phone runs on 5.1.1 (MIUI 7.3)
